I'm not sure about OC, but have heard about their is some issue with setback area(in their Aspire project) and there is plan for road expansion in puttenahalli road which may cause problems in future. I could see their commencement certificate for Aspira project,Expansion they say left enough space and constructing as per BBMP sanctioned plan, is that mean all proper?

The problem with most builders is they all have 2 plans one is the Sanctioned plans and the other is actual plan used by Contractors, now what happens usually is there will deviation in actual construction at site which you wont know by looking at the sanctioned plans. If by any chance u are looking for flat in JP Nagar 8th phase you can look at our project.

if you are looking for flats at JP nagar 8th phase, we have flats at Eshwari Oak Dale. This is land owner share, hence you dont have to pay service tax and VAT.
