Hi Folks, I own an 1160 unit in this.Builder is about to ask remaining 5% payment in march when they will apply for completion certificate.I went there last week and it does not seems that in near 6 months anyone can be able to shift. My question is that without having basic amenities builder can offer of possession? And if we pay remaining 5% than should our maintenance start from next month or it will start when we take keys from builder? Please advise

I own an apartment in Tower B, And i visited on 19-November-2016, and met one of their employee.
Construction is ongoing. They are still maintaining that possession will start from April-2017.
I paid from my own pocket and almost 95% of money is already paid. You can check the pics, on following URL
