The 3BHKs are decent and the biggest plus is the individual sit out place for each flat. The 2BHKs are just okay and they too have there own sit out place. A good apartment at very competitive price. However I got to know that you may not get the OC and that's a big concern. Also guess the land of the property is not owned by single owner.
