Hi, Does anyone has any idea of work status of DB realty's orchid ozone property in Dahisar east???
The work has totally stopped for last 12 months. Every time I went there, I was told that work will start in 15-20 days, but it has not started. Is any one aware of the same? Also, any other flat owners in that project, can we please get in touch. Thanks

Any update on the completion status of DB Orchid Ozone in phase-1? Is the construction currently in progress or is it stalled again? If someone can please share a copy of latest completion certificate.
Hi Khushisha, can we form a group of buyers of DB Orchid Ozone to update latest progress of construction phase -1, as this project is taking alot of time , every time they are giving new completion period .in DB office in Dahisar staff Myuri Madam is also not answering properly , how will come to know possession date ?

Hey All - I am also a unit holder in DB Ozone - builder is diverting its funds and not very much keen to complete this project early. Recently I visited the site and found that on the space of bldg. NO. 5 they are constructing hotel and it seems their priority.
We all need to come together and need to discuss with builder and to put pressure to early completion, any anyone want to help each other plz drop a mail to me. We have just started and few people have come up, looking for more people to make an impression that we are not alone.

Hi Lalit,
I have a word with the developer of Orchid Ozone and asked about its possession date. He assure me that owners will get their possession by December'2015. They are offering 2 wheelers covered and 4 wheelers uncovered car parking.
The "Orchid Woods" project at Goregaon East, is awaiting the Occupancy Certificate and in the meanwhile, handing over only for fit out is in progress. Handing over of possession in the Project Orchid Suburbia at Kandivali, Mumbai has been almost completed.
