Hi Awar, Besa is located towards the south of Nagpur, between two arterial roads- Besa Pipla Road and Beltarodi Road. It is surrounded by neighbourhoods such as Ayodhya Nagar, Pratap Nagar, Vivekananda Nagar, Samarth Nagar East and Gotal Pajri. Localities within Besa include Revati Nagar, Harihar Nagar and Abhay Nagar. The neighbourhood’s social infrastructure is well-developed and there are various schools and hospitals. Transport facilities are also good in the locality.

Well Nagpur is the central zone in India as well as it is having upcoming dream projects like MIHAN-SEZ,cargo hub, IIM etc. So the demands for Plots, flats and properties are very high in Nagpur. There are several factors which are mostly required by the customers are like market place ,good and reasonable rates, good locality and aesthetic environment around etc. Pipla-Hudkeshwar are one of them such locality. BESA is another good locality with developed infrastructure and nearby market place. I would advised you to go for MIHAN area. Jamtha and Shankarpur are very near to the MIHAN project for the employees from companies in MIHAN.
Yes, MIHAN is the most trending area at present for real estate properties. The area has been developing constantly and has access to all the necessities and entertainment. There are good projects here by reputed real estate developers. Bloomdale by Mahindra Lifespaces is a hot sought after property in MIHAN.
