Q: The first human thing is being a Home. Which is to be secure and safe for our family. http://www.antriksh-eco-homes.co.in/ is based in that things. So we are support to this schemes which is given by Indian Government Home is an part of his life.

Sorry to interrupt you Munna....i heard and even saw that most of the leading property portal have mentioned its possession date by 2020 but you are saying that December, 2019. is there any legal issue with this project? How much will be the booking amount of a 2BHK flat in Antriksh Eco Homes? And it's cost all including? Which all banks have approved this project?
@Mahinder@@@ You have to pay 20% as a booking amount like 10% of BSP shall be paid at booking time and next 10% within 45 days of booking, You are right Mahinder.....it;s possession date will be December, 2020. And almost all the leading banks and financial institutions such as Axis, SBI, PNB, HDFC, ICICI etc have approved this project. A 2BHK in 925 sq-ft. will cost you Rs. 39.31 Lakh onward.

@Nikita, In Delhi, Zone L Dwarka is one of the popular localities in Dwarka. Sector-18B/26/103/104/105/106/107/108/109 and sector-110 are located close to Zone L Dwarka. . The prices in the Zone L Dwarka have dropped by 27% in past 37 months at average price of 3,959 per SqFt. Zone L Dwarka has many well known schools and Hospitals. All the daily basic amenities are within stone throw distance.

Hi Munnaram!! I am looking for property near Ahinsa Khand 2, Ghaziabad? How is the locality and connectivity of Ahinsa Khand 2 with the rest of the Delhi/NCR? How far is the nearby railway and metro station from there? What is the current property rate is going on in the locality?

Q: I made total payment in nov 2014 NOC issued .....but still no handover of flat....it was supposed to be handed within two month s.... but 2 yrs have passed.....Amrapali should answer what the hell are they doing after taking money from buyers.....

Hi Gaurav, Giving relief to the families of defense personnel, the Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation Board has cleared a proposal in May 2017. It was the first such move in the state and is aimed at giving benefit to the families of defense personnel.
