See, these are the small-2 issue which we have to ignore. When builder had planned then he must keep all these things in his mind because we all know that water is a essential things for human being. I made total payment in nov 2014 NOC issued .....but still no handover of flat....it was supposed to be handed within two month s.... but 2 yrs have passed.....Amrapali should answer what the hell are they doing after taking money from buyers.....

Send a mail to builder if your possession date is over and ask for the possession and if you are not getting any positive reply from the builder side then approach to consumer forum and ask for relief and compensation.Hi,

Giving relief to the families of defense personnel, the Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation Board has cleared a proposal in May 2017. It was the first such move in the state and is aimed at giving benefit to the families of defense personnel. It will be applicable to serving and retired personnel and also families of martyrs and paramilitary forces as well from the current financial year (2017-18).Hi Gaurav,
