I highly recommend you not to take houses in this society. The quality of construction in this society is very poor. Every time your some or the other electrical, sanitary pipelines, valves, switches etc will be in breakdown. They will charge you heavy maintenance charges but with worst services. You will never get electrician or plumber on time and you have to follow up infinite times. The biggest nightmare is dealing with society administrative team. They will speak with you like you are their servants and specially their VP named some Rathi is one of the worst person on this earth. He abuses tenants like dogs. Many times police have to come to this society due to all these issues of society members. In addition they will charge you hefty amounts at the time of entering and vacating for nothing.
It is still much better than other Societies in the area, try Orchid Petals, Vipul Greens which are close by and then talk.

A house of your own is one's dream. I too wanted to have my own dream house. Then I came to know about Imperia's projects and I invested in it . I could now say that I made a very correct decision . Imperia H20 residency is a new concept . Its home to office model is completely unique . Anti skid tiles , granite slab in kitchen , good electrical fittings are some key specifications of the project . I myself have invested in the project and I must say that the homes are luxurious , furnished and ready to move . I am satisfied with my decision of investing in Imperia.

I would like to suggest you to read RERA rules in Delhi. There you will find the clause of refunding. Follow the rules of RERA and i hope you will get your money back.
I am agree with Anand....If the builder is not responding you may drag him to consumer court for deficiency in service and compensation for the loss as well as mental agony. You may also file a civil suit for recovery of money.

You are right Meenakshi. I have booked my flat on Parsvnath elite floor Dharuhera project. I have invested in 2013 when the builder has promised possession by 2016. But the project has not been started till now. when we try to contact them, they are not ready to talk or talking un-respectfully. We have sent two applications for the refund, none of those has been answered so far.

I am really shocked to hear that news. How can a builder like Bestech Group who has awarded April 2015 for timely delivery of projects when the delay in construction of residential and commercial projects has become a common practice?
