We want to insist on criteria for selection of builder for the credentials including Audited balance sheets for the last three years with a minimum Business Turnover of 20 Crores , ISO 9001 certification , ITCC for the business entity , minimum of one JV with a TNHB flat owners in Chennai, Solvency certificate from a banker for the project value and completion of the project within the stipulated time frame with all the approvals

Q: I am one of the co owners of a 12 flats in a TNHB apartment . The building is pretty old and we are to reconstruct the property . Normally in TNHB allotment schedule of property the footprint of the flat shared with others alone is mentioned in the Sale Deed and not the overall size of the plot. Pl specify if Land patta is required for the same . Also let me know whether we can view the Chennai properties patta online in TN Govt website .
