Let me reframe my question . My question is why is patta required for a redevelper as we all have sale Deeds executed with TNHB and to know the ownership details till date EC can be made available with documents details for the flats from the tnreginet .in website . We also have the TNHB provided field orientation plan with all the details of set back and boundaries. If a patta of one of the owners is sufficient for a bank loan then why should everybody have one ? After all it is going to be given as a joint ownership patta .
