I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?

Hi...I wanted to invest in their J P Nagar Orchid project. They are asking for 50% down payment with a Pre-EM option. I am a little worried now after coming to know that this is part of Dreamz group which has a very notorious name in the market. Should I take back my booking amount? Their Hospitality was very good till I book the Flat and Paid 1 Lakh in Jun-15 for Lotus project. They told that we will refund your money without any fees and within few days, if you are not interested within 1 week. I received their legal documents and verified with my personal Layer and found that the basic agreement between landlord and Gruha Kalyan itself was not valid. I discussed with them, they started telling stories every day. After 25 days, they agreed to give me a legal agreement with my own conditions with interest for my deposit money. Finally I got call on 27 day and they said my superiors are not agreeing your terms, you can claim for refund. I visited their office more than 5 times and even I discussed with GM, they used to tell only one thing that we will regularise all legal documents until then please be patient and it will be good investment. I irritated myself because of their attitude and behaviour. I decided to go for Refund. I paid 1 Lakh in Jun-15 but they gave me postdate cheque to be cleared only in 28-Sep-15. I did not argue because their response was very poor and no valid. I waited 4 months till the date of issued cheque and I went to bank and try to deposit the cheque, do you want to know the shocking information told by Banker? The banker told that “No Balance in their A/c - it was NIL balance”. Again I went to their office and politely requested for my money and finally I got money back only in end of the month of Sep-15.
Everybody has to know that my mental irritation started when I paid 1 lakh in Jun-15 and it was ended only on end of Sep-15
So Guys, “BEWARE OF INVESTING YOUR MONEY”

Even I booked a unit in J P Nagar Project. Unfortunately I had to cancel it on various conditions. But it was too late by the time I realized the situation I had created for myself. Their representative met me in my office and spoke so well. Assured me that the cheque will be ready in about 5 days time and that he himself will try to handover the same to me. Today when I tried calling him multiple times, no response. I really don't know how much trouble I have to take more. I have an ailing mother...myself having health issues...don't know why I got in to this without checking. though I paid only 50k, it looks a big amount given my situation now...Even I booked a unit in J P Nagar Project. I also need to get the refund. I sent a cancellation mail on 20th Sept', filled the form on 3rd oct. Now they claim to have lost the cancellation form. Please guide me how to get my hard earned money from these people. When I visited their office on this Saturday, the CRM person over there refused to speak to the concerned sales person infront of me saying that she doesnot have his number. Today she is refusing to come over phone to discuss.
Please advise me what to do as I am in dire need of this money due to personal reasons...

All that I know is got cheated thoroughly. I had booked an apartment in Celesta. Booking amount i paid within 3 - 4 days of visiting the property. It was a pre-launch time. I wanted to go through the legal verification. The set of documents were not at clear and hence the first lawyer tried his level best to read then gave up. I went to another lawyer. He demanded legible documents. After repeated requests by end Jan'16 I received important documents. My lawyer took about one month to go through all as we knew that we will not be getting OC in this case. Unfortunately as the legal verification was getting over there was an overlap of communication between me and the company. I triied calling them on 19th Feb'16 to fix a date for agreement. I didnot get response. I sent an sms saying 'i m unable to connect with you ..please call me back'..no response..On 22nd again I sent a mail asking for a meeting. I got a reply that my unit has been cancelled and sold already.All that I know is got cheated thoroughly. I had booked an apartment in Celesta. Now they say..they want to deduct the modification charges..which they are still taking time to calculate. If I had cancelled then I agree they should deduct these charges. But they have sold my unit, even when the legal verification was going on. for a higher rate..one of the reasons being the nice modifications done by me..and now they want to deduct these charges. I can easily take help from lawyers to fight them. But sometimes I feel it is waste of time fighting such small time builders who have no respect to their customers. I agree in the process of legal verification the next payment got delayed. But that should not be the reason to sell off the apartment without informing. I have really lost interest in properties from small time builders now. They are capable of doing anything. My lawyer wants to send a notice. But I am holding him back as if the amount is very little I dont want to spend my precious time in fighting with them.
