Never ever buy anything from Gruha kalyan . Fake promises , they said the construction will be finished by Dec 2016 but even if it extends it can be aug or july 2017 . They are frauds as the above person said (Manjunath). I cancelled two flats which I booked on 29th Sep 2015 on the 5th October 2015 . Even though it has been 75 days after cancellation as per the terms and condition , I still haven't received the post dated check(PDC).
