Q: Total extra money that Lodha has asked till now is Rs. 100800 (Parking)+Rs. 27000 odd for MVAT + Rs. 87000 odd for Service Tax + Rs. 47000 towards upkeep of public amenities. This comes to around Rs. 261800 and we have 5300 odd flats in CBG. So Total extra money that lodha is earning is Rs. 139 Cr. I will not recommend anyone to invest in Lodha's property.

Q: Hi, I have resold a flat in Lodha Palava ,Mumbai of which I have possession. There is no OC and no society has been formed. Lodha has asked for NOC charges in cash and not in cheque. They said that even bank like ICICI, HDFC etc. can not give loan. Is it true? Is this NOC and these charges valid. And does buyer and seller has to bear 50:50? I am salaried.

I made my first payment in 2009, it is close to 8 years and there is no sign of completion in sight, Are we dealing with a Rogue Company or is IndiaBulls going Bankrupt. I would advice any investors to pull out before it is too late.
Dear Priya Desai, RU agent of Indiabulls, they are cheater. after 8 year also they penalize, please give proper reply if ur in forum.
