What is the procedure for cancelling an apartment? Two Months back I have booked an apartment, but now due to some unavoidable situation and getting bad reviews of this project I decided to cancel my booking, Construction has not started yet, will I be chargeable?
Hello Dev, Please read your agreement paper, whether there is any provision written in the document. If yes, then follow that only. Usually, builder deducting some amount as a cancellation charges and will repay the rest amount. For booking cancellation procedure you have to talk with your legal experts.

Hello dear, I think you should keep copies of all documents which you have signed at the time of booking like agreement paper also save any acknowledgement document you receive, especially in lieu of a payment. It is best to pay through checks or other recordable modes rather than cash.

Home loan interest rate is linked to the base rate of the bank. So, when the base rate changes, the interest rate also changes.To know more about this fluctuation you have to watch out RBI announcement every quarter.

As per my personal understanding, floating interest rate is the best option while buying property.The primary disadvantage of a fixed rate loan is that it usually comes with an interest fee of 1-2.5 % greater than a floating rate loan. Also, one does not get any advantage of reduction in interest rate within the certain time-frame.

This project is almost close to handover. It came up really fast near famous thannithurai market. Looks good from outside. Appasamy amor is right at the junction. It would be an ordeal to enter and exit your apartment. this is at least better. Now the road is one way but still traffic is worse.

The project is located exactly Off Kondhwa Road, Near Mahalaxmi Super Market, Pune. From banners, project is exactly 24 km away. You can take help of google map you will easily locate the way to this project. His development is expected to get completed by Dec 2016. The project has got approval from the township also builder is waiting to get municipality approval.

Hi Surya, The project is almost going to complete, I think when you visit the site you will find that interior work is going on and I think within 3 to 4 months they will hand over my unit. Thanks
Nearby location of this project offers good lifestyles and has entry to department shops, workplaces. However does not have access to Cafes, tremendous Markets and so on. It has access to colleges like Sharanalaya Montessori school and Parks like MGR statue and megastar lodges like Kohinoor Asiana motel and workplaces like ELCOT Sez and shops like Coromandel PLaza This area is recommended for people who've 24x7 help for every day needs.
