Q: For buying NRI property is TAN essential to deposit the TDS?

My replies to this discussion
To avail of TDS, TAN is essential at any point. When my sister was buying property in India she was confused about the taxation process, fortunately she invested with Mahindra lifespaces and they helped her with TDS and assisted her at every step. Investing with developers who offer special NRI services is a smart idea. I suggest you acquire your TAN sooner, before property prices shoot up.To avail of TDS, TAN is essential at any point. Q: Hey guys, I’m an expat, I just moved back to my hometown Hyderabad few weeks ago. I wanna invest in property here, is it too late for that? I mean, are the prices at their peak, or will there be any further capital appreciation? Please discuss.

My replies to this discussion
Hyderabad has great potential in the real estate industry as of now and it is expected to grow further in the future, the prices arent as high as other cities in India. It has some very interesting and great projects coming up, by established companies. Almost all the big companies have properties in Hyderabad. Currently Mahindra Lifespaces Ashvita is the talk of Hitec City, prime locale, great price and high capital appreciation is expected. The best part is Mahindra Lifespaces have an NRI corner especially for Non-resident Indians looking to invest in India, they would be a safe and the best bet in this scenario.Hyderabad has great potential in the real estate industry as of now and it is expected to grow further in the future, the prices arent as high as other cities in India. Q: What is the reason that NRI prefer to invest in Bangalore rather than any other metro cities?

My replies to this discussion
There is hardly a question in the matter, as an NRI I would opt to invest in Bangalore, as it has greater potential and is the hub of all big business houses. Bangalore is the IT capital of India and houses the headquarters of some of the best MNCs. The best developers have premium projects in Bangalore. I chose to invest with Mahindra Lifespaces, they didnt just help me book a place in their new project Windchimes, but also assisted me along the way. Bangalore is a burning with potential and for NRIs it is easier to invest in and get great returns overtime. There is hardly a question in the matter, as an NRI I would opt to invest in Bangalore, as it has greater potential and is the hub of all big business houses.
