Is Eastern Ranges, Keshav Nagar, Mundwa an approved project?
Q: Is Eastern Ranges an approved project with an APF/SCE-1/11-12/74 for SBI? Is it good to move ahead with this project? Is its 30 year Land History clear, so can I move ahead with registration of this property? Kindly provide me prompt assiatance regarding quality of property and their values. Appreciate your prompt revert on priority.

Hi all, Even i have invested in this project. Has anyone booked in the first phase of Eastern ranges (ALTAI)? I would like to know, what did builder promise them as possession date, at time of booking and what's his latest promised possession date?

Yes, There was public notice in 'Sakal' newspaper that Central bank of India has taken possession of Land (Eastern ranges plot) which was mortgaged by builder for loan. With current outstanding of ~52 cr, Central bank has acquired it under SARFAESI Act.
Does it include Gilmour or Alti buildings ? I was told it affects only proposed Julia behind the site office and NOT Gilmour or Alti but have no confirmation of this news. If any one is sure please do inform me. Did anyone attend the Saturday resident's meeting? Any further information would help.
