I am a current resident at this place. Please plan on buying this if you are OK with the following in the foreseen future: 1) Water seepage issue everywhere 2) No Clean entrance & compound wall 3) Lift not Working 4)No Hygienic usage of water 5) No OC availability 6) No Roof covering for common areas 7) No STP readiness & current sewage treatment methodology 8) Amenities completion deadline failed multiple times 9) No Parking allotment. 10) Passive management and no issue resolution
I am also the onwer of flat ,Please find my reply as well 1) Water seepage issue everywhere 2) No Clean entrance & compound wall 3) Lift not Working 4)No Hygienic usage of water 5) No OC availability- Builder will give OC & A Khata , I have checked with builder as well as BBMP office.Builder is as per plan 6) No Roof covering for common areas- Its in process,builder has given assurance 7) No STP readiness & current sewage treatment methodology- Please check with builder they are working on it , You will see it soon,They have given the same in other proejcts like somestaa i woods 8) Amenities completion deadline failed multiple times- Bangalore real estate is down even though builder has tried to give best amenities at very good cost 9) No Parking allotment.- Its done,You can check with builder They will give you solutions 10) Passive management and no issue resolution- Very Good Staff, I am surprised that with whom you are interacting ,Please discuss with Mr Shyam Sundar

1) Water seepage issue everywhere- Its resolved 2) No Clean entrance & compound wall- building is under construction, so it is bound to happen 3) Lift not Working- Its very Nice 4)No Hygienic usage of water- Builder is working on it & will be resolved 5) No OC availability- Builder will give OC & A Khata , I have checked with builder as well as BBMP office.Building is as per the plan no deviation 6) No Roof covering for common areas- Its in process,builder has given assurance 7) No STP readiness & current sewage treatment methodology- Please check with builder they are working on it , You will see it soon,They have given the same in other proejcts like somestaa i woods

I'm a flat owner in sonestaa iwoods and I'm not at all satisfied with the construction quality. Please check it properly before buying.
Hi I am also the owner and have 2 flats in Sonestaa I woods and very much happy with the management staff and construction quality,If you are aware about Bangalore real estate market you can not expect more than this at this price.I am thankful to management staff of Sonestaa Iwoods as they manage my property beautifully Thanks Mr Shyam Sundar

If you have good budget ,why donot you buy in Sobha or Prestige .All of us have budget concern thats why we bought in Sonestaa I woods.Moreover rather than chatting here with fake name .Lets plan & discuss with Mr. Shyam Sundar and solve the issue

Ceiling collapsed in Iwoods.
Hi Anamika Its very shocking incidence ,but this is not the proper solutions.The best way to address such kind of problems is to discuss the same with builder and make sure such kind of incidence will never happen in future.As one of the owner of flats in Sonestaa I woods I would request you to meet Mr. Shyam Sundar

We visited last week couple of project in around marthahalli and bellandur comparatively sonestaa builders maintaining quality and good number of amenities, Quality of amenities is very good in sonestaa meadows project, i hope he will maintain same at i woods also. and also it is approved by all leading banks like LIC SBI &HDFC,
I am not able to understand why are you writing such kind of bad reviews? We are negotiating on many issues with builder-Mr Shyam Sundar is ready to solve all the issues. Such kind of comment which you are writing here as chatting site are very discouraging for me .As all builder share in Sonestaa Meadows have been sold out and They may exit without solving problems,So Would request you to please stop using review forum as chatting site.Let me solve the issues with Mr.Shyam Sundar. He is given the assurance that he will solve all the issues one by one once all the fake users and owner stop writing here .

Regarding OC & A Khata- I have seen the BBMP A khata application form which builder has submitted in the BBMP office.,It will take few months but checked with conern depttt in BBMP office that their is no deviation in the property and can get the A Khata & OC. Fake Users & Owners - Please stop writing here as its creating problem for us

Most of the issues & concerns have been solved already.Sonestaa Meadows is such a beautiful property its like dream come true for me.Only A Khata & OC is pending - I have checked in BBMP office already things are in process no worries

Q: I visited Sonestaa Meadows today,found that all amenities were functional.Few Questions 1) Is STP functional 2) Is Water treatment plan functional ? 3) Whats the dispute with the road,I found a narrow road and an alternative mud road via Vibgyor School 4) Is the apartment connected to the Underground Drainage System. 5) How is the quality of construction?

Hi Please don't mislead buyers on such kind of forum, Any buyer can go & see how beautifully the project has come up. Builder has nothing to do with road as its come government authority & every government has CDP plans,moreover the bulilder Mr. Shyam Sundar is so humble seating in office of Sonestaa Meadows. Any one can go Sonestaa Meadows apartment , their marketing office is on first floor .Mr. Shyam Sundar seats in marketing office and politely solving all the problem of owners.Even they are helping owners to form community , organizing event etc. Fire NOC is not required as its not high rise apartment- Please read the guidelines carefully before raising concern.Builder has applied for A Khata , Its under process.If any one has any doubt, He may double crosscheck as the application is in concern officeHi Please don't mislead buyers on such kind of forum, Any buyer can go & see how beautifully the project has come up.
