Hi everybody!!! Pros and Cons of the Vinyl flooring. Pros:- 1) Wood has a classic look that lends warmth to a room, 2) Easier to match furniture to wood because wood is generally of a neutral color, 3) Wood is a great insulator and can hold warmth for a while, and 4) Wood doesn’t trap dust and other allergens. Cons:- 1) Very susceptible to moisture and humidity. Even minor leaks can cause significant damage to a wood floor if left untreated. 2) They are noisy to walk on. I think you should visit the town planning office of your area and ask their employee if you have good connection with then. Hi Guys!!1 I am from Bengaluru, India but was born and brought up in Kolkata and after my retirement i want to stay in my Home town. I am looking to invest in this Mounthill Essence, Rajarhat, Kolkata. I know the completion is set for December, 2016. Wondering will it be a good idea to invest here considering the current scenario in west bengal? What are the possible/upcoming developments and whats the potential for rent?
Hi Malay, There may be better options near you as mentioned Idealabasan, or Ashiyan ( basically projects between 211 bus route and 91 bus rout) and price may be lower here also. You may also look at projects near Jessore Road where the MAR Expressway is expected to come up from AA3 ( basiacally after Birati and near Madhyamgram).

Ur welcum Debabrata.... Primarc Sukriti is a KMDA approved project and all approvals are in place. Almost all the leading banks and financial institutions such as HDFC, SBI, Tata Capital have approved it for housing loan.

Hi folks... I have never heard about Harinavi locality in Kolkata as i am staying here since 40 yrs approx. Can anybody provide me the insight of this locality and its connectivity to the rest of Kolkata City?

Good evening all !! I want to know the other charges which a builder doesn't disclose at the time of booking and we have to suffer a lot during the EMI as it shake the savings of life time. So, what all charges i have to pay apart from car parking and booking amount? What will be the maintenance charges?

Extra charges which a builder doesn't disclose are legal fees Rs.12000, Sinking Fund Rs 25/-sq-ft., Facilities & Amenities Charges Rs. 25/-sq-ft., Generator and WBSEB charges on actual. Apart from that, you have to pay Rs.2/sq-ft. per month for 12 months as maintenance charges.

Meridian Aamar Bari by Meridian Group is an ongoing residential project, located at Baruipur, Kolkata. It is offering 1, 2 and 3BHK residential flat in a G+4 storey apartment consists 51 block and 1650 units. Sizes of 1BHK is available in 450 sq-ft., 2BHK from 646-838 sq-ft. and 3BHK from 860-1097 sq-ft. It's current price quoted by the developer is 2200/sq-ft.

Hi, In such situation, there are three stages to this process:- 1) The tenancy agreement should normally specify a notice period that you can give your tenants to vacate the property. 2) If the tenants remain in the property at the end of the notice period, you can apply to the courts for a possession order. 3) If you get the possession order granted and the tenant does not comply, you can then apply for an eviction warrant from the county court. You will get in resale option only as it is fully sold out project by lottery in July 2017. You can either get it from builder if there is any builder floor available.
