What is DC converted land?
Q: I am having a land plot in Bidar, Karnataka. I want to know what is DC conversion or DC converted land / plot?

i am planning to buy a plot in bangalore which is panchyat approved. agriculture land. seller is saying he has taken approval but not converted to DC. what does it mean. can we buy a plot without DC conversion.
