I have booked flat with Tirupati Balaji Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd. (Balaji Residency - Akurli project) in the year 2014 (August), but still bhumi pujan is yet to be done...(God knows when it will be done).i went to office many times (Mentally exhausted) and it is closed, also no one picks phone. After checking i found they(Tirupati Balaji Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd) have NOT got any approval from CIDCO for Akurli project.

Hi,i have booked flat in balaji city but still they are not yet done with bhumi pujan.i went to office and it is closed fom last 15 days even no one picks phone all there phone numbers are temporary unavailable. I came to know that the there is issue between the landowner ad bablu gupta.they have not got any approval from cidco fom past 1 year.Please contact me if anybody haveany other further details.mobile number 9967333546
