Just got an update on 28th Feb that Cosmos Jewels has recieved the Fire NOC and they have applied for OC which they will get it by mid of March
Which tower of cosmos jewel have received OC? I mean Ruby, Solitaire A Wing or B Wing etc.? Latest I heard they are will get OC for Solitaire in end of July . Earlier it was June 2016. Hope the best

Hi Friends Yes you are correct they have given Soft possession for Ruby and families are staying . But i am sure everyone on this forum known as per LAW Occupation certificate (OC) is required which they are keep promising that they will get by month end etc. I am hearing since Dec 2015. I am planning to buy a 2BHK in Cosmos Jewels but i have some doubts on it. Could any one clarify my doubts on the litigation of the land as couple of property dealers said the land on which the project is built is owned by some school and because of this the possession will get delayed and the Occupancy Certificate for the project will never get approvals? Is it true?
Hi Kaushik, There is no such problem or neither COSMOS had acquired any land. Instead of that Forest department had acquired a land of cosmos jewels . Trust me NO bank will give you Home Loan and neither TMC will give any permission. If you want buy just buy it. If you are more worried just spend RS 10000 and get property certified by an property consultant. It will clear all your Confusions. I hope this help you to make your decision.
