Lot of workers, people and middle class people are shifting here for job opportunities and MVL group's Indi Home project is very reasonable. They are providing homes to people for within 20 lacs of budget which is very much affordable. I think you should invest in indi homes and then wait a few years as this city is going to grow drastically in the coming 5 years and then you can sale out your investment later.
