Hi Vivek, Sorry for late revert. Saw ur msg today only. There are 2-3 pointers here: 1. We have booked already and as per our checks, forest land issue is not there for this project. This was personally confirmed by another owner Manish at Thane registration office. 2. Now, registration for the projects is happening. This would not have been possible to do if it would be a forest land. 3. In the draft agreement provided for registration, they have provided the commencement certificate, which is issued only after all the checks, including check for forest land. 4. Few of us appointed a lawyer to check the title clearances and other clearances. He has also confirmed that this is not in forest land as per his checks. Hope, this clarifies. Rajesh

I have read in many threads that there is a delay in possession for this project. Can anyone throw some light in this matter?
Hi Lalit, I purchased a property in 2010. at 2011 there was a new government law for high rise towers in that area because of which around 30-40 projects were stuck for 2-3 years. Oasis was one of them. This was a very genuine situation for any builder as govt laws keep on changing. Most of the builders were not able to handle this situation & left their projects but Acme managed to survive because of their rich legacy of 40years. The construction has started couple of years back & now Acme is giving us guaranteed possession by 2017 in writing. There are very few builders who take this bold step. Acme is a trusted developer, you know you'll get your property. Your investment is safe.

Hi Anurag, Acme Group has a very bad reputation in Mumbai Real Estate Market. There are many negative reviews against this developer. Buying a home for end use is very tedious and stressful task that needs a lot of in depth understanding about the locality, projects and developers etc. So, do all ur due diligence before investing.
Completely disagree with Dev. I purchased a flat here. Everything was smooth pre & post possession.

Completely disagree with Shaunak, Acme is a good builder. This project has won multiple awards. Also till now there are no issues about this project like construction delay etc, Its one of the best luxury properties in that area.Completely disagree with Shaunak, Acme is a good builder.
