MMRDA Issue
Q: Hi, I have booked flat at ACME OZONe ASHWOOD BUILDING & RECENTLY GONE THROUGH DRAFT AGREEMENT. THE AGREEMENT GIVES REFERENCE TO MMRDA RENTAK HOUSING PROJECT COMPLETION LINKED TO COMPLETE HANDOVER OF ASHWOOD AND OAKWOOD. ANY ONE HAS ANY FEEDBACK ON THIS ISSUE.PLEASE PASS ON

Good place to invest. There are lots of projects in GB road but my first preference will always be Acme. Pricing, construction quality & possession matters the most.
2bhk starts at 1.10cr. Looking forward for this property.

Its after Poonam Nagar. I am told its 10500 psf. Does any one has any idea on the Project Approvals status (IOD, CC, etc)??
