Acme Ozone Basilia owners, any intimation for possession?
Q: I have purchased flat in Acme Ozone's Basilia building and its been more than 6 years to that. Since there last slab completion they are taking too much time for internal work. I am not sure if builder is committed towards delivering possession anytime soon as everytime we ask we get either unrealistic date for some months and then we get date of 6 months later. Anyone else facing similar problems?

Q: One of the best project in that area. Its very close to WEH & station. Looking forward for this property. I recently visited the site. Construction was in full swing. Rate psf is around 12000. Builder can be trusted coz of possession guarantee.
