Q: Hi, I have booked flat at ACME OZONe ASHWOOD BUILDING & RECENTLY GONE THROUGH DRAFT AGREEMENT. THE AGREEMENT GIVES REFERENCE TO MMRDA RENTAK HOUSING PROJECT COMPLETION LINKED TO COMPLETE HANDOVER OF ASHWOOD AND OAKWOOD. ANY ONE HAS ANY FEEDBACK ON THIS ISSUE.PLEASE PASS ON

Hi Vivek, Sorry for late revert. Saw ur msg today only. There are 2-3 pointers here: 1. We have booked already and as per our checks, forest land issue is not there for this project. This was personally confirmed by another owner Manish at Thane registration office. 2. Now, registration for the projects is happening. This would not have been possible to do if it would be a forest land. 3. In the draft agreement provided for registration, they have provided the commencement certificate, which is issued only after all the checks, including check for forest land. 4. Few of us appointed a lawyer to check the title clearances and other clearances. He has also confirmed that this is not in forest land as per his checks. Hope, this clarifies. Rajesh

Wonderful project in Kandivali. There are very few new projects in Kandivali. Acme is the best in that area. They are currently running a new scheme. You can book any apt at 4.99L & pay the rest on possession. I think this a good scheme for everyone who want to buy an apt here but are worried about the possession.Wonderful project in Kandivali. Best area & property to invest. Just go for it guys. GB road prices will get better & better in next five years. I'm myself planning to invest here. Acme Ozone is by far my most prefered investment. Q: Complete layout plan & location is excellent. Price here has increased tremendously over last few years. Looking forward for this property.

Q: This project is one of the luxurious project in Andheri. Price is better compared to other projects in the same vicinity. A 10 year old property has the same price as this one. Specification mentioned by Acme in the brochure are excellent. I'm planning to purchase one by March eod.

Good property. Current rate for a 2bhk is 1.78Cr but they are currently running a good scheme. We can book an apt here at 4.99L & pay the remaining on possession.Good property.
