As others have replied, I also agree with the issues such as water pollution and not much growth in the area. You can take a look at Mahindra Ashvita which is near Hitec city and which offers upto 4 BHK. This project is good but is far away from the city. If you are looking for a property that is close to the city I would suggest looking at Happinest Avadi as it is comparitively close to the city and has good ammenities in the society.
