I visited the site on 7th Oct 16. Also spoke to a contractor at the KM-14 block (I own a house in KM-11). The work has actually started although at a slower pace and in selected towers only but as cash crunch still exists. The contractors also have been paid after a span of about 6 to 7 months. Good news for owners of towers which are nearing completion, but a still long wait for KM towers in the rear side (i think from 48 to 80).

Hi,
I know of 2 other people (3 cases so far) who are in the situation where the tower was never built, and have asked for refund. As S Ghosh said, Jaypee is not responding to our queries. If there are others like S.Ghosh, we should make a group to fight them through legal channels together.

i am also allotee of KM26, all central kosmos heights towers(23,24,25,26) have almost same status with super structure ready and plaster work is going on and on for last 2 years now, i dont see any big progress for last 2 years and dont hope that JP shall do anything on its own to complete this project. i think the pending payments from allotees is enough to complete the work remaning in towers but we are not sure if jp will really invest money (if we pay)in our towers or not.....

for KM 15 as per contractor work will be finished by July 2017 and as as per CRM by Sep 2017. lift is working now. Stairs work finished only internal work is remaining.

I don't have information about KM-15 but KM-17 owners have get their flat possession. I have visited the site October'2016. I think KM-15 tower is under construction. JP CRM informed that OC for 11, 12, 17 and 19 was expected in October'16 and offer of possession will be in April-May'2017.

Hello Sir,
In my opinion, you should visit the project site himself. All are just busy in getting their own flat information and if they are visiting the project site, they only want to know what's happening in their tower. Nobody, will care what's happening in other's towers.
