I think Kochi is also seen as a smart city with potential software hubs, manufacturing industries, mobility hub at vyttila as well as the influence of the Non Resident Keralites or the NRK's. I think these are the other reasons for the development of the real estate value of Kochi.

hmm..intresting..Lemme add some more info to this..one of my friends who is into real estate business said to me his experience. I could understand that due to a delay in the completion of projects, the buyers in the kochi real estate market are more cautious while purchasing properties. So, if you are planning to buy an apartment or something, you should be careful, that the project might not go on delay. But, for other types of properties, it is a right time to buy, in my opinion.
