All the projects are still pending. And they do not have any intention of completing. Those who have already invested are taken for a ride. SI is presently a sinking ship and capsize any time with all your hard earned money. The manager incharge trivandrum and his people are siphoning the money somewhere and are not completing any of their budding in the city. I have purchased a flat from SI . The project is West Fort Garden in Pettah Tripunithara Ernakulam. It is now 7 yrs and still Project not complete. I was fooled by tall claims of their Reputation , the reality is different

Ajith Thomas Abraham, 52, of Chennai is the accused. He is the managing director of Southern Investments Private Limited, which constructs and sells apartment complexes and villas under the brand name Si Homes.
The police said that Abraham was arrested for allegedly cheating over Rs 13 crore from as many as 33 persons in promise of selling apartments in one of their projects, Green Hill Heights that was under construction at Kudappanakkunnu near Peroorkada.
The complainants alleged that they paid over 90% of the price of the apartments in advance in the year 2010 when the works of the project started. It was promised that the finished apartments will be handed over to the investors within three years. But, this promise was never kept.

Hi everyone,
I am also in the same impossible situation along with my father and brother. We had booked 3flats of Empress place , SI BUILDERS thrissur. Construction work had stopped almost a year back citing lack of funds and still has not started. They say many NRI's have not been regular in their payments. Reading so many of your similar issues and complaints , i'm sure they have been doing this for quite a long time now. Is there anybody on this forum who has booked the same in thrissur? Todays newspaper says Tamil Nadu is bringing a law which says builder has to refund the whole amount if delay in construction. Hope this is extended and done in Kerala too. Hello, I am shifting to kochi with my family next year and was looking for a villa that would provide me with basic facilities. How is Si Hest Hill Village located at Kalamassery?
The project is taken up by Southern investments builders and they have been in the real estate business for more than 20 years now. They have completed around 25 residential project in cities like Kochi, Trivandrum, Thrissur, Chennai, and Calicut. Currently, they are working on 12 residential projects including Si Hest Hill Village.
Really they are not delivering any projects They are taking payment from customers and cheating them.

The villas in this community are available in type of a 3 bhk and are available in two variations. The smaller villa has a surface area of around 1611 sq ft and the bigger of the two villas should be around 2500 sq ft.

I can understand your concern. I would like to suggest you to have a thorough discussion with your builder and ask for the forward plan. Also, you can consult a reputed lawyer to know about the legal aspects of the order and what is mentioned in your property agreement.

I have booked a flat with SI Lavantine Heights in Cheranallur, kochi.
Now SI have delayed by a year and presently it will take another 1 year to complete that too if they start their work now. please contact me on my whatapp up or my email if anyone booked from the same flat and interested to join me for further discussions with the owner and initiate legal proceedings.
One year delay is quite a long time. Is the builder giving any kind of compensation for the delay ??. It is an under construction project so it should come under GST regime also.
