Regarding Gaur Sportwood in Sec-79, Noida
Q: Hi, I am planning to book a flat in Gaur Sportswood in Sec-79 Noida. Builder already reduced price from 4695 to 3995/- PSFT. They are offering me 4500/- all inclusive price. Please suggest do I need to wait some more time or its good time to invest.

Confused between Gaur Sports Wood, Prateek Wisteria, Ajnara Heritage for 3BHK flat. Please suggest?
Q: I am getting a 3bhk in Prateek Wisteria on 19th Floor and 17th Floor In Ajnara Heritage. Is it advisable to go that high? Gaur Sports Wood too looks a good option but the area around in not yet developed. Please advise.

Any advise for Gaur Sports Wood? The only factor that is luring me toward it is the way it is designed and the material used inside. Really confused.
