When will we get possession of our property booked in Runwal Infinity?
Q: I have booked flat in Runwal Infiny B-803 in 2005. It is now high time that no decision is made about the issue. All of us who have invested our hard earn money in this property will be very greatful if we get some positive result asap. Sujata Chindarkar

Hello Everyone I am Pravir and I have one of the flats as well. Has any group been formed to deal with this nuisance? What about our funds being stuck with the developers and also what about the cost of funds? We must legally fight it out. I have had the developers contacting all deemed owners to sign a contracts rescinding the earlier contract of sale and getting into a new one. Which is grossly unfair. I am abt to take Legal action on Runwal Infinty, Lets get together ?
Q: Myself Hansraj Thengal, Even I am Runwal Infinity Customer, I recieved a phone call from Runwal Infinity office and they are demanding the Present day per sq.ft rate for My Flat. My Legal advisor suggested Me to take legal action on the Builder and I am doing so. Anyone interested in similar action lets Join hands.
