Stay away from such properties. They were panchayat approved plots, not HUDA. The lands on either side of this layout belong to Govt - APIIC etc (Botanical Garden & Industrial Layout where Deccan Chronicle press is located).

Yes, try to check out plots behind Chirec School i.e Madhava Hills, Prabhupada, HAL Layouts.
You can get some good plots in these layouts. But double check!!!! In these layouts also some survey Nos are in litigation. Do your own due diligence before investing anywhere in India. Better, take the advice of a legal expert in this matter, he will guide you in a proper way. Thanks

Better, verify the property with your local body and ask whether, all dues have been paid by the current owner or not, check whether the property is registered in the name of the person whom you are going to buy or not. After local body clearance, you can go for it.
