Has anyone invested or interested in investing in CMRS Palm Hills / Sammy's Palm Hills located at the foot hills of nandi hills ?? what would be the ideal price to buy in case if someone is planning to invest ?? they are quoting rs 2500 per sq.ft all inclusive(infrastructure, PLC , corpus , maintenance,GST, clubhouse membership) excluding registration

Hi,
Rs.2200-2300 per sq.ft will be the reasonable price for CMRS Palm Hills. Try to negotiate with the builder. As far as project locality is concerned, Bangalore International Airport Devanahalli is just 5 mins drive and Proposed STTR (Satelite Town Ring Road) just 3 mins away from the locality.
is there any scarcity of water in this locality ?? also will there be any issues in getting approvals for construction of concrete buildings ?? they told they will allow G+1 for 30 X 40 plot and G+2 for 30 X 50 and above

right now its under pre launch and they are quoting 2200 all inclusive. you could still negotiate
