Q: Hello I am Kunal and I am from chandigarh which is a small city and real estate is a small industry there, So I planned to move to Pune or Hyderabad as others cities were either expensive or over populated. Currently staying in Hyderabad in my friend's rented apartment from past 2 days,, I wanna ask between Pune and Hyderabad which city should I choose? I would like to shift completely and would spend my whole life here if I get a good job which can be turned into a business later. Thankyou

Real estate is not an easy career and i suggest you to get started reading about how the life of an agent is like.. Usually there is no salary and all costs are borne by yourself until you close a sale.. If you do well though, of course great! But best to read up more to understand what you are getting yourself into... Q: Godrej 24 Manyata is a new soft launch residential apartment located at Manyata Tech Park North Bangalore. Project offers 1 to 3 bhk apartment.

Godrej 24 Manyata is a pre-launched project by Godrej Properties. As this project has not yet been launched so builder has not disclosed any info about it following the state RERA guidelines.

Q: I am planning to buy a ready to move in 3BHK in sector 75, sector 76 Noida between 80-85lakhs. I have shortlisted AIMS Golf Avenue and Maxblis White House. Please suggest which one should I go for and why? Also please suggest any other property in this budget.

Hello Abhishek, Aims Golf Avenue I by AIMS Groups situated at Sector-75, Noida is a completed project. It offers 2,3,4 BHK flats ranging from 995-2250 sq.ft. and its current asking rate is Rs.4899 per sq.ft. a 2 BHK will cost you Rs. 48.75 lakh onward while for a 4 BHK flat, one has to pay Rs.1.10 crore. On the other hand, Maxblis White House by Maxblis Construction Pvt Ltd is also a ready-to-move-in project, situated at Sector-75, Noida is offering 2 and 3 BHK flat ranging from 900-1760 sq.ft and its current asking rate is Rs.4700 per sq.ft. A 2 BHK flat will cost you Rs.42.30 L onward while for a 3 BHK, one has to pay Rs.82.72 L onward. Looking at the current price trends for both properties, i would suggest you to go for Maxblis White House, as the price are quite lucrative and has better infrastructure and connectivity.

Q: I have booked a property, however the possession date of that property is different in both sale agreement and rera. For ex: as per agreement dec 2021 and as per rera website dec 2023 Builder is saying he will deliver it as per agreement date. Can i trust him, will he deliver it as per agreement date and if not can i complain and claim for compensation.
