Dear Murali , Quality of the Builders will vary. As far as jain is concerned the quality of the tiles and fittings is adjustable. I mean I cant say it is perfect but I too cant say it is worst. Sir , Its all about the persons you ask and deal with. I am Susheel Rao a owner of 2 bed room appartment in Sunderbans. As far as Sunderbans is concerned, Its is a lovely place to live and it will be a 500 Families to live with. All the Festivals , New year celebrations are dreamed to be the happiest celebrations in our life. Beautiful amenities , swimming pool, Gym , Club house and many more thing will be implemented including , Tennis ground , Cricket practising area , kids play ground and all. But to live with these facilities we need to improve our patience becoz as the builder , Jain is very slow in implemting. Madam , We dont have the correct updates for the availability of the houses . You need to Contact or visit Jains Housing Marketing showrooms or Office. This is the Forum for the Owners to share their views. But as far as the availability is concerned we can see so many flats were still available at Block 8 , 9 , 10 , 13 , 14 ...
