I attended the meeting held at Hotel Savera. It was a good opportunity for the owners to have come together at a common place. In my opinion, we have not utilized this opportunity to our benefit. What do we want? At this juncture, after waiting for more than a year, when there is not a single activity going on in the site, all we should have demanded was to return our money in full. As someone suggested, we should have asked the owners or directors of the company to come for a meeting next week and take an undertaking in writing that they will return the money on such and such a date. Now the matter has gone to the police. We know the judicial system in our country. To get justice one has to wait for decades or he/she may not get justice at all.

I have been requesting for a refund of money from Alliance. They made me sign a cancellation agreement and presented post-dated cheques for the amount. However, all the cheques are bouncing and Kamala is not lifting the phone at all.. The management is not serious as far as I can tell.. I have been asking them to refund the money, but they do not want to do.
