NOC from builder-Ignis C
Q: i have applied for bank loan.bank is asking for the NOC from the builder.builder is not ready with the NOC.????????? what is the problem.......

Q: IGNIS title is not clear and registration for higher flat is done without proper NOC.Without noc they are also demanding installments.

the registration is done by the thane registration office. so we believe there is some authentication in that process. Casa IGNIS delays
Q: Hi - does anyone know the construction status. I booked my flat in Aug 2009 and have not heard any news till now - They kept saying there is a boulder that was found on site - There is some approval pending etc. Have no clarity on whats going on. Concerned this might be a ghost town.

the IGNIS construction is in a relatively advanced stage. Most of the towers have gone upto the top floor except E and F where a couple of floors are still being constructed. some internal brickwork has started. They have also made one flat ready on the 3rd floor at IGNIS E for people to see. The construction is going on for the other towers as well. Overall I could see a lot of construction activity though they are still silent on the CC+NOC for the 7th floor and upwards.the IGNIS construction is in a relatively advanced stage.
