Credibility of DSR builder
Q: I am interested to book a flat in one of their upcoming projects at Whitefield. I would like to know your opinion regarding credibility of DSR Builder in terms of quality of construction, timely completion as per schedule, no price escalation, floor plan, amenities provided as promised etc. by them.

Reviews needed on DSR Woodwinds.
Q: I'm looking for a general opinion on "DSR Infra Pvt Ltd" from ppl who have invested in their other projects all around Bangalore. What's the construction quality like? Do they stick to schedule? Legal issues (if any)? I would also like to know if anybody has solicited legal opinion on the land title, land-builder agreement, and other statutory documents pertaining to DSR Woodwinds. Eager to hear any/all opinions or info.

Hi Shashank, I am also looking for an apartment and saw your post. I feel DSR Group is good as they are very renowned and are in this field for very long. They have many projects in Bangalore and Hyderabad. My only concern is the price. Please let me know if anyone come up with any feedback.
The price does look a little steep but mantri glades (4390/sft) prestige sunnyside (4350/sft) are all in the same range. I'm informed that Woodwinds will be a premium project, the first and unlike others in the DSR staple

Q: What is the likely date of possession and current price at Rainbow Heights? I'm interested in purchasing a 2BHK for end use.

The rate per square foot of a flat is around Rs 4300. The price of the flat ranges from Rs 30 Lakhs - 75 Lakhs.

AFAIK, DSR just moves the furniture from one model flat to another. Furniture, when required, is purchased from the likes of @Home or hometown. I don't know about the false roofing but the modular kitchen was done by a separate vendor who has left behind his visiting cards in the model apartment kitchen.
