Thanks so much for the info given about amenities in Orchid Ozone. Suppose if go for home loan which banks are providing finance in this project and what is the procedure for taking loans??
present time many banks are not giving long time housing projests banks are thinking bad loans

That is the best way to approach. A team would be better than an individual. The standard reply given is that the building 33 and 34 are going to materialize, and it would take 6 months more. The deposit if asked for may be returned back by builder immediately. We need to ask for interest for the same.
