Possession of westgate
Q: Hi, I am ower of the flat in westgate C. They are saying that it is on schedule and possesion will be given by dec 11. Is it right.. anybody has any clue abt it..If possion for fairfield is getting delayed then am sure the possesion for us will also be delayed..

Q: The sales guy insisted that the 54K booking amount is refundable... i did not pay the amount but did fill the application form... thankfully took a xerox copy and read that "the amount shall stand forfeited in case of cancellation" so that means he was lying to me on my face,, was looking for fairfield C .,,, any other cases like this one,,,
