Land Dispute at Keerthi Gardenia. Is this rumor for real or just a rumor?
Q: Friends, I observed a couple of members talking about disputes. I recently booked a 3BHK. Has anyone heard anything about these dispute rumors? This is the first apartment that I am going to buy, and definitely want to make a smooth ride until possession.

Q: Folks, I have booked Flat F-8 in mana placido. I have created a CF for Mana Placido. Request those who have booked here to join this group. Cheers, Prem

Neha, We have booked F-15 @Mana Placido and my sister has booked F-10. They have 2 completed projects one close to Indira Nagar and the other at Whitefield(opposite Hotel Savannah). I guess they have a project nearing completion at Sarjapur and Placido next in line and the CMD mentioned to me about a Villa project coming up at Whitefield. Speak to this guy Soni at Mana, he will give you all the details. I had met the CMD Mr.Reddy, he seemed genuine and has a financial backing to complete the project as promised and from looking at his office, it surely suggests he has some taste and class. These guys have been prompt with updates on progress and forthcoming. Feel free to check on any other inputs you might need. P.S. In case you finally book, let us know the final sq ft rate, just curious to know whats the appreciation since we booked during June 2011 :) Cheers! Agnelo

Hi, 1). 2900 is the base per sqft price. The other charges are standard charges, which is calculated based on the total sqft. Get in touch with the builder and he will explain all other charges. This is guy is quite transparent in his quote. he will give the break up for all the charges he is going to quote you and plus how he arrived at those figures. May be depending on the market value quoted by other builders you can take a call on whether he is reasonable or not. No preferential for location/floor. 2). He has give dec 2012 as completion date, in my agreement it is april 2013. Yes so far the work is on schedule. 30% is completed. 3). No woodwork & electrical fittings. Not many builders do that.

Hi Mohak and Piyush, As per my experience Mana Builder is quite good. I didnt go for Legal Verification as Prem has told he has done the same. Also as it was approved by SBI and LIC , so i was not much worried about legal parameters. So i booked 3 BHK around 4 months back. But still i would suggest if you concern , please go for verification to have mental peace. Regarding progress , its right on schedule. Tile work has started in most of floors. Thanks Prem for your detailed comments :) I visited on saturday and progress is quite good. I was informed that with all aminites project will complete on Aug 2013. But wood work can be done in Nov and Dec you can occupy. Hope it go the same way. Can you suggest me about getting best prize from builder ? Thanks a lot :)

Hello Kapil, As far as I know the project is about to get completed by 2012 November. 2bhks with sqft 1065 to 1180 price ranges from 33.02 lakhs-36.58lakhs and 3bhk with sqft 1300sqft will cost around 40.30 lakhs.
