Q: If in society meeting it has been decided not to use lift for shifting homes which looks to be very generic as there's no specification for home items. Top floor guys cannot use only stairs to shift small stuff like luggage and utensils or any lighter luggage. Heavy and volumetric stuff can't of course be shifted by lift. There must be some regulation to this rule if any society member agreed on the basis of majority but not in interest of everybody. Is there any suggestion?
