I am looking for a 3bhk apartment at swanlake. Pls let me know the opinion about this project also accessibility to schools, daycare ,supermarkets if v settle down here.it seems many apartments are still unsold. Please give your opinion.
Any Kendriya Vidyalaya around kelembakam, tiruporur, siruseri .Coz my kids are studying in kv islands ground , central chennai .I am planning to shift to kelambakam my own house , but woried abt kids education .Any ideas ?

I am a resident here in Mantri Synergy. The lift is not having a very basic safety mechanism that when power goes off, it doesn't go on to the nearest floor to open it up. If power goes off people will be stuck and if there is no electrician to do the switch over to the DG power.. that is stay there in the dark and if you are lucky to survive then some one will come and open the door for you... Staying in 8th floor there is no option other than using the lift... Very basic security feature is not there in the lift of this so called "HI-TECH" apartment. Frustrated living here. Now Mantri Navaratna... Only God can save Mantri Navaratna....
so guys always buy small indpendent house or aparments upto 3 floors maximum .Other wise it will be a hell to meet all the daily chores specially if any one is very old . May be u need to give the mantri builders some time to complete all the activites .
