Veena is right, east-facing house is mostly preferred as Sun rises in east it is said positive energy enters the home. House being vastu compliant is good. And whether for you that house is good or not could be told by vastu expert based on your name and kundli. Sethna Group in Bangalore is building Sethna Power Tower in Horamavu since 2005, delay of over 5 years now. Though they give a monthly penalty to the 5-7K, this is minuscule as compared to the bank interest the existing owners are paying for the property with cost in the range of 60-80L. Any suggestions how such delays from the builder can be tackled. Any suggestion for lawyers or legal sites that can help people on the same same?

They have not provided me anything yet. when I go and ask they say its under process. what should I do? will he give my money back now if I ask him to return the booking amount. he is just delaying things? Hi, I am planning to buy an apartment at ELITE Hormavu project. I am looking for 3 BHK house with area 1505 sq-feet there. In that design they showed that the super built-up area is 1505 sq-feet and it includes ventilation space also. Between two toilets, before windows of those houses there was some space for ventilation. They are including that area also in super built-up area. Since we are not going to use that ventilation space are they supposed to charge for that ventilation area (duct area) also? For the 3BHK house, cost is 50 lakhs without registration. The builder said if we pay black money cost can be reduced upto 1 lakh. Is it advisable to pay black money for getting any house? What would be pros and cons of that black money?
