West Metro is also well connected to Bus Terminus from where you can travel to any part of the state and outside places like Banglore , Chennai and Mumbai. Salim, I am also looking for a flat for rent in this project. But I think the rent Rs.15,000, in the above link given by Uday, is not including maintenance. I booked a flat in Maya Garden City, Zirakpur developed by Barnala Builders and surrendered the flat after some time. At the time of booking they said they will refund the amount within 15 days. But, I have not recieved my money even after 5 months of surrender date. Please suggest what should be done to get my money back?
When I contact them they say "Sir abhi paisa nahi aya hai"?
