Both the project and the builder are good but the only problem in Wakad is poor internal roads and bus service. 1) Electricity connection for phase 2 not given on GEB meters
2) Road not available to reach Sun paradise as existing road is totally damaged due to current rain and very horrible situation
3) Sewage water is flowing every week in center of suncity due to blocking problems

My loan is sanctioned, but still one document proof is pending on my side. It will take another 4-7 days to get the document proof original as it is stuck in my hometown. Meanwhile Seller is saying we can go ahead with the Sale deed registration and you can sign the loan agreement once the proof is available. Is it safe to do so? Firstly you can pay money in installments i.e pre- EMI. which will give you tax benefits, But tax deduction for the preconstruction period can be availed only after the construction of the building has been completed.
