Q: Can some one provide the feedback about SVS new project which is going by the name SVS PALMS .they have started new project with name SVS PALMS.I am interested in purchasing one apartment in it it wil will be grate full if someone can provide the feed back..on Their track record on quality of construction, quality of material, adherence to timelines, providing all necessary clearances for the apt such as A/B Katha, clean land records, experience dealing with them, etc. Please provide feedback on SVS Developers/constructions, Bangalore and their project SVS PALMS.Will like to know the price and the water supply in that area.

SVS Palms on Query land ? I heard that SJR Unity is built on query land, which means its base will not be strong and water problem will be obvious. Q: I am interested in Sunny Dew at Mahadevpura by CMRS constructions. Can anybody give review on the Builder and the Project? Specifically I need to know builder's reputation on quality of construction and trust worthiness for trouble free completion and handing over.

I saw your post on net and I am also interested in buying 3 BHK in Akruti Homes. I am out of India now. So I need your help in getting some info about the project -- - I can not see the floor plan on net. - Exact location - Price - Availabality ist. Have you compared this project with Sunny Dew and other projects in Mahadevpura area? Please share above info with me if you have. Hi Vidya, my understanding of Quarry land [its misspleed in above post] is that that land was earlier excavated/digged for extracting stones/slates and hence the grip of building might not be strong. I am not sure if SVS Palms on such Quarry Land or not [but nearby SJR unity is ] and also I am not sure of other problems due to Quarry Land.
