Q: MVL Coral has defaulted all through on every commitment they have made to the Investors who have made the initial payments as early as 2006 and are still waiting for their allotment. Does MVL Coral actually have a clearance from the Government for this allocation? How can they penalize the contributors by grabbing the hard earned money of these potential plot owners when MVL has failed them on all scores ?? Completion date for this project was May 2010 and not a single Tower has been handed over to the potential residents even in May 2012. Yet they have the audacity to threaten that they will forfeit the advance money paid by those who have not paid the installments - only because these people saw through the ulterior motives of MVL and their fraudulent ways. Request all investors at MVL Coral should join hands to take strict legal action against them.

Q: I visited Maxblis office in Sec 75 and saw the project white house. I could see some contruction going on and also told it is funded by nationalised bank like Bank of Maharashtra and Overseas bank. The possession time is 30 -36 months for new towers. Is it safe to invest there?
