he BBMP will help the waste processing company to get land on a long-term lease. The waste management system will be connected to trade license and all traders should make sure that they do not transfer the waste to BBMP trucks. I heard that the first mixed use project is planned which will be spread over 125 acres. the project will have commercial, residential, retail and healthcare. Another mixed used project will be spread over 80 acres of land area and will have commercial complexes, residential units and retail offerings.

Q: Ballari Road, which is one of the busiest road may have three roads one on top of the other, as BDA is planning to build steel flyover.

My comments to replies
The BDA has planed for a steel elevated corridor on the same stretch and concrete elevated road on the existing road. In the coming week ,BDA will float a tender for construction of steel bridge between Basaveshwara Circle and Hebbal Junction which will be 6.75-km-long.
The DPR for the steel bridge project was prepared in 2014 with an estimated cost of Rs 1,400 crore. But this gonna see escalation with the (PWD) set to revise the Schedule of Rates for the year this week.
