There are variations in what is mentioned on the site as well as what is mentioned in brochure. Walls are leaking and many issues. They are cheating the customers by showing sample house. Hi Tusharbhai, Looking at your surname, I think you are a Brahmin. I am too. What happened that you are so frustrated? I do have purchased a 2BHK flat at Atlantis park. Orchid H-302. I accept that they have delayed the project and I am paying pre-EMI for the last 2 yrs. About the construction material and quality we old can know when we start living there. I had some complaints too and I have pointed those issues to marketing and technical team and they solved all of them. I don't know the reason behind the delay of project but I think that may be a common thing in real estate industry (Like 2-3 years). But except that I think there are some good points too from their ends. My experience is good till now as they have solved all issues which I had. Have you raised your concerns with the concerned people? Haven't they helped you?
